Real numbers come back in your quote — they depend on technique, fabric, and color count. The tiers below are the quantity bands we work to. Every order, no matter the size, includes design, sample, QC, and door-to-door delivery.

Our design team prepares production-ready artwork from your file (or your sketch). We handle color separation for screen, white-base for sublimation, and DPI-correct files for DTF.

Physical sample

If you've worked with an OEM partner before, these are the questions you already have. Skip ahead if you don't see yours — every quote conversation starts with a real human.
What's your minimum order?
10 pieces for DTF prints (lowest MOQ, photo-real detail). 30 pieces for silk screen and sublimation. 50 pieces for embroidery, hawaiian shirts, and totes. We'll always quote what's possible at your quantity — no minimum is a hard wall.
How long from order to delivery?
Most orders ship 14-21 days from sample sign-off. Tee runs go faster (7-14 days). Jackets and embroidery-heavy items take 2-3 weeks. Express and rush options exist for events — see the rush question below.
How is pricing calculated?
Per-piece price = fabric cost + cut/sew + print setup + per-color print + finishing. Bigger runs reduce setup amortization, so per-piece price drops at the tier breaks (30, 100, 300, 1,000+). Free design and one sample are baked in — no hidden fees.
I don't have a design yet. Can you help?
Yes — bring a sketch, a Pinterest board, or just a brief description. Our in-house designers will produce production-ready artwork at no extra cost. Up to 3 revision rounds included on every order.
Can I see a sample before committing?
Every order includes one free physical sample before bulk production. We make it on the same fabric, with the same print, in your chosen color. You approve in person or by photo. No production starts until you sign off.
How do you handle color matching?
Two ways. Pantone reference: tell us the Pantone code and we match using ink mixing. Sample reference: send us a swatch or finished sample and we match physically. Either way, the approved sample becomes the production benchmark.
Can I choose the fabric, or do you pick?
You can pick from our seven standard fabrics (see Fabric Guide above), or tell us your priorities — softness, weight, breathability, budget — and we'll recommend. Bring your own fabric is also possible for runs over 200 pieces.
Where do you ship?
Door-to-door across Thailand on every order, included in the quote. International freight (DHL, sea freight) is available — we coordinate from our end if you give us the destination address.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit on sample sign-off, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or PromptPay. For repeat customers and runs over 1,000 pieces, we discuss net-30 terms.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — we keep your tech-pack, screens, and samples on file. Reorders skip the design and sample steps so they're 30-40% faster than a first run. Same per-piece price as the original tier.
Can you handle rush orders?
Yes, with two caveats. (1) Cut the design + sample steps to 24-48 hours — you sign off faster, we move faster. (2) Rush production carries a 15-25% premium depending on technique and quantity. We'll quote rush vs. standard side-by-side.
Do you work with international brands?
Yes — we manufacture for brands across Southeast Asia, Australia, the EU, and North America. Communication runs in English, files exchanged via Drive or WeTransfer, video calls for sample reviews.
