BUILD YOUR BRAND

From idea in your head to a first run you can actually sell

If you have an idea for a clothing brand but don't know where to start, we walk you through it step by step — brief, design, real sample, then a first run that can be as small as 10 pieces. Private label production from a family-run factory that's been doing this for 27 years.

Four steps from idea to first run

You don't need a finished file. You don't need to know what OEM means. We go step by step with you.

  1. 01

    1. Concept + brief

Send a sketch, a moodboard, reference images, or just tell us what you're imagining and who your customers are. We talk it through on LINE, lock the brief, and send a preliminary quote within 24 hours. No cost at this stage.

  2. 02

    2. Design + real sample

Our design team mocks up your design for free, with up to 3 revision rounds per order. Once the design is locked, we produce one physical sample on the actual fabric, the actual print technique, so you can hold it before committing. 50% deposit on sample approval.

  3. 03

    3. Small first run

Start at 10 pieces with DTF. Silk screen and sublimation start at 30, embroidery at 50. Production runs roughly 14-21 days after sample approval — t-shirts can be 7-14 days. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

  4. 04

    4. Scale when the brand takes off

Once you're selling, your unit cost steps down at 30 / 100 / 300 / 1,000+ pieces. At 200+ you can bring your own fabric and we'll cut and sew it. The brand grows from test run to real production at your pace.

Start at 10 pieces with DTF

Most first-time brand builders get stuck on MOQ. Ordering 100-200 pieces on day one means risking real money on a design you don't yet know will sell. We open the door at 10 pieces using DTF — enough to test the market, gather real feedback, and refine the design before scaling. Once the brand has repeat customers, you move up to 30 pieces (silk screen or sublimation), then 100, 300, and 1,000+, with unit cost stepping down at each tier. It's a path built so small brands can actually grow without overcommitting on day one.

Free design, 3 revisions, one real sample

You don't need a designer. You don't need a print-ready AI file. A phone sketch, a Pinterest moodboard, or a verbal brief is enough. Our design team mocks up your design for free, with 3 revision rounds per order so we can dial it in. We then produce one physical sample on the real fabric using the real print technique — no guessing what production will look like. You approve the sample, then we run the order.

OEM

Your own tag and label

A real brand needs its own labels, not factory tags. You design your tag and label (logo, brand name, size, care info) and we apply it using label screening — silk-screened directly onto woven label material, not heat-transferred or printed over the top. The benefit is durability: screened labels don't peel or fade in the wash and outlast printed labels by a wide margin. This is part of the OEM service, not an add-on. Packaging is a separate conversation we have per project based on what your brand needs.

FAQ

No logo, no design — can you still help?
Yes. Send a sketch, a moodboard, or just describe what you want. Our team designs for free with 3 revision rounds per order, and you get a real sample to approve before production.
What's the MOQ for a brand's first run?
10 pieces with DTF, 30 with silk screen or sublimation, 50 for embroidery, 50 for hawaiian shirts and bags. The technique we recommend depends on your design.
Can you do our brand's tag and label?
Yes. You design the tag and label, and we produce them using label screening on woven material — more durable than printed labels and included in the OEM service.
Can you do our brand's packaging?
Packaging is handled per project. Send us a reference or describe what you have in mind on LINE and we'll tell you what we can do for your run size.
Who owns the design IP?
Designs that you brief and we produce under OEM belong to your brand. We don't produce them for anyone else and we don't resell them.
How long from idea to first run in hand?
Brief, design, and sample take roughly 1-2 weeks. Production runs 14-21 days after sample approval — t-shirts can be 7-14 days. Total is around a month, depending on technique.
