T-shirts are our most-ordered category — from 30-piece staff uniforms to 1,000+ event runs. Made in one factory in the Bangkok area (Nonthaburi).

Ink's Idea has been running since 1999 — 27 years as a family-owned factory. We've made t-shirts for 200+ brands including Toyota, Mama, ThreeManDown, and Lemon Curd. Round-neck t-shirts are the workhorse category that covers everything from corporate staff uniforms and streetwear brand drops to sports team practice shirts, corporate event tees, and giveaway merch for concerts and conferences. The two most-requested silhouettes are Regular fit for daily wear and Oversized for younger fashion brands.

We stock six knit-cotton fabrics for t-shirts: Open End (budget), Semi Combed (180 gsm balanced), Combed Cotton 20s (210 gsm premium, dense hand), Combed Cotton 30s (160 gsm lightweight and soft), and Supersoft (Peachskin-finished for extra-soft touch). Every print technique works on tees — Silk Screen (Plastisol, Water-Based, Discharge, Puff), DTF, DTG, and embroidery for heavier Combed 20s. MOQ starts at 10 pieces for DTF (our lowest and sharpest-image option) and 30 pieces for silk screen. Per-piece pricing steps down at 30, 100, 300, and 1,000+ break points.

T-shirts are our fastest category — most orders ship within 7-14 days after sample approval, faster than our typical 14-21-day turnaround. Rush options are available for events (+15-25% production surcharge). Design work, three revision rounds, and one physical sample are all included in the quote. Customers can supply their own fabric on orders of 200+ pieces.

T-shirt FAQ

What is the minimum order for t-shirts?
DTF starts at 10 pieces (lowest MOQ, sharpest image). Silk screen starts at 30. Embroidery starts at 50. Per-piece pricing drops at 30, 100, 300, and 1,000+ break points.
How do I choose between Combed 20s and 30s?
20s (210 gsm) is denser and more premium — best for brand and team tees that need to survive heavy wash. 30s (160 gsm) is lighter, softer, and drapes well — best for fashion and Oversized fits.
Can you produce Oversized fits? Do I need my own pattern?
Yes. We have standard Oversized patterns, or send us your body length, chest width, and sleeve measurements and we'll cut a brand-specific pattern. One sample is included.
How fast can t-shirts ship?
Most t-shirt orders ship within 7-14 days after sample approval — faster than other categories. Express is available at +15-25% for tight event deadlines.
