Team jerseys and sportswear, printed edge to edge
Football kits, basketball jerseys, running gear, and team uniforms with full sublimation print. Sweat-wicking polyester, no cracking, MOQ 30.
Sportswear is the category where sublimation actually earns its keep. Football clubs, school and university teams, corporate sports-day organizers, running events, and activewear brands all come to Ink's Idea when they need jerseys with player numbers, sponsor logos in multiple positions, and full graphic prints that wrap the whole garment. Because sublimation dyes bond directly into polyester fibers, there is no ink layer sitting on top of the fabric. The print does not crack, peel, or feel heavy in the heat, which matters when the wearer is actually running.
Our factory runs eight polyester surfaces for this category: Atom (smooth and stretchy), Microreap (soft and light), Rice Grain (balanced breathability and durability), Micro Mesh (highly breathable), Starburst (textured), Bubble (fast-drying), Golf (premium), and Wool (premium breathable). For teams that want a more cotton-like hand feel while keeping the athletic function, Dry-Tech Air is our go-to — 180 gsm with 54% cotton facing over a 46% polyester micro mesh back, 4-way stretch, and it takes sublimation, silk screen, and DTF equally well. For player-specific numbers and names, we cut Flex vinyl over the sublimated base so each jersey can be personalized without adding to the print run.
Sublimation MOQ starts at 30 pieces for sportswear. Per-piece pricing steps down at the 30 / 100 / 300 / 1,000+ tiers. Design work, three revision rounds, and one real production sample are included — no hidden fees. Turnaround is 14-21 days after sample approval, with rush options at +15-25% for tight event deadlines. Ink's Idea is a family-run factory in Nonthaburi (Bangkok area), operating since 1999 — 27 years and 200-plus brands and teams later, every step from cut and sew through print and pack still happens in one building, and you talk to the owner directly.
