Custom polo shirts with embroidered logos for corporate uniforms

Two- or three-button polos with chest embroidery, from breathable Pique for daily wear to Dry-Tech for active uniforms. Every step happens under one roof.

Polo shirts are the most-ordered category for offices and retail teams because a single order covers staff uniforms, front-of-house wear, and premium corporate gifts. We build polos to match how they'll actually be worn. For promotional polos handed out at events, TK (Polyester 100%, 160 gsm) keeps the per-piece cost low. For daily office uniforms, TC (Polyester 65% / Cotton 35%, 190 gsm) holds its shape, resists shrinking, and irons flat. For premium corporate polos or teams that move around all day, Dry-Tech 401 or 505 Twill (Cotton 60% / Microfiber Polyester 40%, 200 gsm) breathes better and keeps the collar standing sharp.

The signature technique for this category is chest embroidery — MOQ 50 pieces, durable, and reads premium for corporate logos. When the design has heavy colour detail or gradients, we use DTF (MOQ 10) or Silk Screen (MOQ 30) instead, and it's common to combine embroidery on the chest with a screen print on the back in a single garment. Lead time is typically 14-21 days after sample approval; embroidery-heavy orders may take 2-3 weeks. A rush option adds 15-25% for last-minute events.

Ink's Idea has been running since 1999 — 27 years as a family factory in Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi (Bangkok area). We produce polos for multinationals like Toyota alongside SMEs and independent retailers. Free design work, three revision rounds, and one real production sample are all included in the quote, which we return within 24 hours.

Polo shirt FAQ

What's the minimum order for embroidered polos?
Embroidery MOQ is 50 pieces. If you use DTF instead the minimum drops to 10, and Silk Screen is 30. We always quote to your target quantity — no fixed wall.
How do I choose between TC and Dry-Tech fabrics?
TC (65/35, 190 gsm) suits office uniforms worn all day — shape-stable and easy to iron. Dry-Tech 401/505 (200 gsm) breathes better and fits staff who move around a lot.
Can we do chest embroidery and a back print on the same polo?
Yes. Chest embroidery plus a Silk Screen or DTF back print is common. Setup costs are billed per technique; per-piece cost drops at the 30, 100, 300, and 1,000+ tiers.
How long does a 100-piece embroidered polo order take?
Typically 14-21 days after sample approval, or 2-3 weeks for heavy embroidery. An Express option adds 15-25% for tight event deadlines.
