Embroidery is the finish we use most because it survives washing and looks premium on thicker fabric. Silk screen handles large back prints, and heat transfer covers sponsor logos on athletic pieces. Embroidery MOQ starts at 50 pieces. Standard lead time is 14-21 days after sample approval; jackets with heavy embroidery on chest, sleeve, and back take 2-3 weeks — the same window we quote in our OEM FAQ.
Per-piece pricing drops at 30, 100, 300, and 1,000+ tiers. Payment is 50% deposit on sample approval, 50% on delivery. Design and one production sample are included, with three revision rounds and quotes back within 24 hours. - What is the minimum jacket order?
- Embroidery starts at 50 pieces. Silk screen or heat transfer-primary orders start at 30. We quote to whatever quantity you actually need — there is no hard wall.
- How long does a heavily embroidered jacket take?
- Jackets with heavy embroidery run 2-3 weeks after sample approval. Rush production is available for events at a 15-25% surcharge depending on quantity.
- Is embroidery or screen print more durable on jackets?
- Embroidery is more durable and reads premium — best for corporate and team crests. Screen print suits large back graphics. Heat transfer is standard for sports sponsor logos.
- Can we spec hood and lining options?
