Flex / Heat Transfer Vinyl

Flex (also called Heat Transfer Vinyl or HTV) works by precision-cutting solid-colour vinyl film into the exact shape of your artwork, weeding away the excess, and heat-pressing the remaining shape onto the garment. Because the vinyl itself is the design, edges come out razor-sharp and colours stay fully opaque — no halftone dots, no gradient banding. That makes it the natural choice for jersey numbers, player names, single-colour logos, and clean type-led marks. Beyond the standard solid palette, metallic finishes are available, which is how a lot of sports brands and team uniforms add a premium accent without adding a second print pass.

The reason brands keep coming back to Flex is durability under stress. The vinyl is engineered to flex with the fabric, so it pairs especially well with polyester and the sportswear family — Micro Mesh, Atom, Dry-Tech Air, and the rest. Pressed at the correct temperature and pressure, the design rides out dozens of washes without lifting at the corners. On the order side, we don't enforce a hard MOQ on Flex — 10 pieces is enough to start, which suits small teams ordering a single match kit. Lead time on most jobs is 14-21 days after sample approval; T-shirts typically run faster at 7-14 days, and Express options are available for events with a tight deadline.
