Our sport fabric line is built around microfiber polyester knits — yarns finer than human hair, woven loose enough to breathe but tight enough to keep their shape. They wick moisture off the skin, dry fast, and take sublimation print across the entire surface with zero borders.
The headline fabric here is Dry-Tech Air — a 180 gsm blend of cotton and polyester microfiber engineered for performance tees. The micro-mesh structure pulls air through the fabric as you move, and the cotton face keeps the touch feel close to a regular tee instead of feeling like plastic.
Below Dry-Tech Air, we also run pure polyester knits in lighter weights — these are the right call for full-coverage sublimation jobs where the print needs to wrap edge to edge without dye migration. Jerseys, cycling kits, marathon tees: all live on these knits.
