Dry-Tech Air is the fabric we developed for clients who wanted the comfort of a cotton tee with the performance of an athletic shirt. Most performance fabric on the market feels synthetic; Dry-Tech Air feels like the t-shirt you actually want to wear after the gym, not just during.

The specs: 74-inch face width, 180 gsm, 54% cotton outer face with 46% polyester micro mesh backing, 3.14 yards per kilogram. The cotton side is what touches your skin — soft, breathable, no plastic feel. The micro-mesh polyester side pushes air through the fabric and pulls sweat off in the same motion.

Four-way stretch with a fast return — the fabric moves with the body in every direction and snaps back to shape without losing tension. That's why brands use it for active uniforms, team kits, and gym wear that needs to look the same after 50 wash cycles as it did out of the bag.

We stock Dry-Tech Air in four core colors — white, brown, navy, and black — with matching ribbed trim at 60 inches wide and 260 gsm. All colors are dyed with a fade-resistant process designed for synthetic blends, so the brand color stays brand-color through repeated wash. Need a custom color match?
